APPLY HERE TO BE A FOOD BANK CLIENT

1. Drive up to the food pickup area on 40 N Moon Mtn. Line forms coming from the North going south.  Food bank volunteers will guide you through the line to help everyone get through as quickly and safely as possible.
2. Pull up to the office.  Check-in through your car window.  This is when you will be asked for your picture ID and if you are a first-timer to fill out a new client form.  If you need clothes or toiletries, you can now request a pass to Carol’s Closet.
3. You will be directed to pull forward to the loading area. Place vehicle in park.  The volunteers load pre-packed boxes or bags of food into your trunk or back seat while you stay in your car.  Make sure you have plenty of room.  Let the volunteer know if you are on a special diet; we will do what we can with what we have available.  Once you have your food, you can drive off.  If you cannot use all the groceries, you can pull forward and leave them on the grocery table.   If using Carol’s Closet, park on the south side of the white building and go in the front door.  

Volunteering your time at Friends of the Quartzsite is a rewarding experience. Help us sort and distribute food donations, or assist with our community events.
